Welcome to FUTX!

These Terms of Service set forth the rules and regulations for the use of FUTX’s Soccer Metrics App.
By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue using FUTX if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

  1. License to Use
    1.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FUTX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use FUTX solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

1.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our app, except in the following ways:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidentally to accessing and viewing those materials.

  • You may store files that are automatically stored by your web browser to improve display.

  1. User Obligations
    2.1. You agree to use FUTX only for legal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use FUTX:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

  • To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of FUTX, or that, in our judgment, may harm FUTX or its users or expose them to liability.

2.2. You agree not to:

  • Use FUTX in a way that may disable, overburden, damage, or impair the app or interfere with any other party’s use of the app.

    3.1. Your use of FUTX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

  2. Intellectual Property
    4.1. The app and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FUTX and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and commercial appearance may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FUTX.

  3. Termination
    5.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to FUTX immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

  4. Governing Law
    6.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Nicaragua, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  5. Changes to the Terms
    7.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
